1. Definitions

• “GIGE” / “we” / “us” / “our” refers to the (Global Improvement of General English), the owner and operator of the website gige.co.in.
• “User” / “you” / “participant” refers to any individual, guardian, parent, student, or organization accessing or using the GIGE website or services.
• “Minor” means an individual below the legal age of majority, typically under 18 years of age.
• “Services” include but are not limited to English language competitions, registration, learning materials, result generation, and communications.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Participation is only open to individuals who fall within the eligibility criteria as specified on the registration page (age/grade requirements).

Participants under 18 years must be registered by a parent or legal guardian who consents to these Terms.

GIGE reserves the right to deny or revoke participation at its sole discretion if false, incomplete, or unverifiable information is provided.

3. Account Creation & Access

• You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and current.
• You may not impersonate any person or use someone else's contact details without consent.
• Access to competition content is granted only upon successful registration and payment.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

• Not to misuse the services or attempt unauthorized access.
• Not to reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute GIGE content without permission.
• Not to engage in disruptive activities such as hacking, spreading malware, or cheating during tests.
• To supervise your child’s use of the platform if they are a minor.

5. Competitions

• Competitions are designed to test language skills through timed multiple-choice or descriptive formats.
• Each test is governed by its own rules, duration, structure, and scoring criteria.
• You must complete the test independently. Collaboration or use of unauthorized aids will result in disqualification.
• GIGE reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule competitions without prior notice for technical or operational reasons.

6. Payments and Fees

• A fixed registration fee is applicable for each competition.
• Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
• By submitting payment, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the provided payment method.
• GIGE does not store sensitive financial information such as card details.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Refunds are only issued in rare cases such as duplicate payments or proven technical glitches.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction with valid proof.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

8. Data Privacy and Security

• We collect basic personal data to administer competitions and communicate results.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Parents/guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s data via support@gige.co.in.

9. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All content on the platform is the property of GIGE or its licensors.
• Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
• Violations may result in legal action.

10. Results and Recognition

• Participant scores are final and based on evaluation systems.
• Certificates or rewards are issued based on internal criteria.
• We reserve the right to publish results unless otherwise requested by a guardian.

11. Technical Requirements & Responsibilities

• Users must ensure stable internet and a compatible device.
• We are not responsible for local network or power issues.
• Technical issues during live tests must be reported immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for loss of data or damages arising from use.
• Our total liability is limited to the participation fee paid.

13. Termination of Access

• Access may be terminated if you violate the Terms.
• Also applies to fraud or misuse of the platform.

14. Modifications to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the changes.

15. Dispute Resolution

• Contact our support team for dispute resolution.
• Unresolved matters will be governed by the laws of India.
• Exclusive jurisdiction lies with courts in [Your City/State, India].

16. Force Majeure
